A Big Welcome!

 Welcome to the World!

            Morgan woke up the next morning to the sound of peeps. "OMG, the chicks have hatched!" she said to herself. She jumped out of bed and put on her pink and white suspenders with her pink combat boots she got for her birthday last month. She ran outside to the barn as fast as she could and opened the door. As she ran into the chickens' corner she saw her father, Mr.Brown crouched down besides a mother hen that was sleeping on his lap. "Are the chicks here?" Morgan whispered. She knew better than to talk loudly or the chicks would be frightened! "Yes they're here" her father said. "You can't hold them now, but maybe tomorrow, they'd be too scared but guess what?" he asked, "There's six of them, and because you helped me the most with Meredith(The mother hen), you get to name all of them!" "Really! Oh My Gosh, I cant wait!" Morgan whispered excitedly. She ran to her mother in the kitchen to tell her what happened. When Morgan opened the screen door she stopped dead in her tracks...................
