First Flight
The chickens huddled up in the small cooped up pen. Each had felt it. That urge. That habit. The spark of flight. Then one by one they filed out scattering about with purpose. Evolutions careful work and breeding led to the event happening now. First flight. They scattered around jumping hoping hoping to feel some sort of glide, some sort form of air movement. And then one got it. Hoping up it slowly "flew" and landed a mere inch or two ahead. And then another got it. In over a minute six chickens had learned to fly.
